  Completely unfair with parking tickets issuing fines for streets and roads that have zero posted restrictions. I was fined for parking on a completely different street from one that had a sign that said "no parking from 2 to 6 am"(already a complete SCAM anyways), but I'm still getting charged for needing somewhere to leave my car safely while I'm visiting. AN UNDIGNIFIED SENSE OF OWNERSHIP ENFORCED BY THIS COURT. I feel sorry for the wonderful officers that have to waste their time doing no good to the community but to issue tickets at 3 am.

  Got a ticket at park for parking a inch in grass and there was not one sign saying no parking in grass which the cop said there was a sign. Just stay away from East Landfill. Someone needs to do something about these people. They have no business being in the positions they are in. Take it to high court
